In my view the most important for a job is a very good salary. As an engineer I would like to work in buildings and make the study about heating circuits. I prefer manual work than to be in a office all day. Enginnering field is a very big division and I would like to travel to differnt countries to learn more so I would do more things in my job and get promotion. In my oppinion you must take responsibility beacuse 90% will be for good.
